i found the lack of clear signage within the hotel a bit confusing. i ended up wandering around a bit trying to find the breakfast area one morning. also, the in-room safe was quite small. i couldn't fit my laptop inside. this caused a slight inconvenience for storing valuables ,

I found the location very convenient near Paddington Station. The staff was very friendly. Valee at reception kindly upgraded me to a double room. The room was clean. It was also comfortable for my short stay.
The room was quite SMALL though it served its purpose for a short visit.

I appreciated the close proximity to paddington station for the circle, district, and elizabeth lines. It was less than a five-minute walk! parking was available right outside, very convenient, and cost ÂŁ25 daily. the hotel was clean, and staff were helpful. i slept really well.
the room decor looked a little outdated. it needs some updating.

I found the location very convenient for accessing public transport. I also appreciated the friendly staff who assisted with storing my luggage after checkout. The room had a clean and lovely appearance and it.
The room felt quite small, made moving around a bit difficult. The bathroom lacked counter space. This made organizing my toiletries challenging. I would have preferred a larger room for a more comfortable stay.
